The European Version of Safe T Light

The European version of SafeTLight uses the Shuko 2 pin plug at the back of the unit and has a Shuko 2 pin socket on the front. We hope to have some images of this version available soon.

The European version will be in even more demand as many European countries have power supplies that are less stable than the UK. We understand that power cuts are much more likely in Spain so we are working hard to have this new version finished soon.

SafeTLight - more than a night light

This vital home and office safety equipment is a unique award winning invention by British Inventor Chris Haines. Safe-T-Light provides a combination of safety features.

As seen on Dragon's Den - 7 March 2007

Inventor Chris Haines was seen demonstating his Safe-T-Light on Dragon's Den and was successful in his request for an investment - visit the Dragon's Den web site to see more.

Emergency Power Failure Lighting (power cut)

During a power cut, the lighting head switches to its internal rechargeable battery, providing emergency lighting for approximately 10 hours. The head can then be removed to provide an emergency torch.

Low Level Night Light

In every day use, Safe-T-Light provides non intrusive lighting during the hours of darkness. Its light sensor switches on the lighting head as darkness falls, providing safety lighting for hallways, stairs, etc. Uses less than 3 watts.

Rechargeable torch always available

The lighting head can be easily removed from the main unit at any time to provide a useful rechargeable torch. Its LED technology will provide a long lasting beam for general household use.
